The British Safety Council is committed to providing an excellent level of customer service. End users of our enterprise e-learning system can use this area to log tickets. These tickets will be picked up by a support agent who will take care of the request from that point. They can be tracked online or on mobile and automated emails will keep you updated with the status of the ticket.
A ticket can be anything, a question, a problem with the system or even a feature request. You should make sure you include as much detail in your ticket as possible to aid with the response. You can even attach images to support your ticket.
