Repeat training is an important concept. This system has been built with it in mind and intends that training is reset for refresher training over a set interval. We recommend that employees complete our training at a minimum of one year intervals and no more than two. This keeps their training current and ensures that any legislative changes are filtered through.
Since this is set on a course by course basis you can configure some courses to have shorter repeat periods than others. For example, you may require that each user completes the Display Screen Equipment course every year but only completes the General Health and Safety course once as part of their induction.
