How to resolve a self-assessment concern

For sites that have courses with a self assessment you will need to know how to resolve a concern on the system.

All concerns need to be investigated as they potentially indicate areas of weakness in an employee’s home or work environment. There may be cases where the employee has entered a response in error but this is easily clarified by investigating the concerns raised.
